“Checked in at 630. Cleaners were still there even though it was supposed to be ready by 4pm. When we arrived the house was 88 degrees and unbearable for older family members with medical conditions. Tried to reach out to the host and eventually responded that they didn’t have central air or AC. Was told to leave the windows and doors open to have the house cool down. All that did was let a million mesquitos and bugs inside. It might be a great house in the winter but it was tough to be there in a summer month.”

“Overall, the stay was enjoyable for the group of 10 ladies, highlighting the perfect size, comfortable mattresses, and a well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub was an added benefit, and communication with the host was efficient. However, there were issues, including dusty shelves for coffee mugs, insufficient eating utensils, and a lack of kitchen and bathroom supplies, prompting the host to offer a $20 credit in response to these concerns. Finally, the bedrooms would be much more comfortable if during the summer months, electric fans would be provided in each room. With a little more attention to cleanliness and better preparation for larger groups, this could be an excellent place to stay .”
