Casago in Avon, Colorado

“We stayed here for a week during the summer (so no skiing!) but the location is great, near Nottingham Park, and right on the Eagle Valley bike trail, so it was very easy to get to all the restaurants and shops in Avon and Edwards. The view from the living room of the Eagle River was gorgeous. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. The wifi was fast enough to support two of us working all day and taking zoom calls at the same time. Note that the AC is a standalone unit in the living room, but the whole place was kept reasonably cool with just the one unit, even in the hottest part of the summer. We would definitely stay again!”

“The living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and balcony were nice. The shuttle to the gondola was handy and the drivers very friendly. The short walk to the hot tub was nice. There were some issues. The code for entry didn’t work and we needed to contact Vacusa for a new one. There were some issues. The handle for the sliding balcony door was broken off and lying near the door on a bench. The window in one bedroom was inoperable but the good news was the site staff fixed it the next day. Towel racks in both bathrooms fell off the wall. Overall a nice location with good shuttle access to the gondola to get on the hill. The unit was a little dated with some pealing paint.”

“Great location in Avon - easy to get to Beaver Creek and Vail. Quiet at night, two shared hot tubs and a heated pool. Parking was easy. We enjoyed our stay here.”
