“Really hard to find a worse place to stay. Garbage all over the premises, cockroaches, inconsistent electricity, car nearly towed in my assigned parking space (host would not pay to get my car back even if towed), no hot water for multiple days. Host/maintenance were unresponsive. Loud parties in the parking lot outside the unit around 1-2am. Garbage all over the premises. Although, the floors and countertops were nice.”

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! This is a motel room with a fresh coat of paint on it, you are on the first floor with a window that faces the parking lot, and from that window you will have a lovely view of homeless men defecating 20ft away from your parked car. You will have trouble being allowed into the unit because the people outside the door who are smoking pot will ask that you pay them for the privilege to enter, and if you get inside they will stay outside your door and try to look inside of your room from that window placed perfectly at eye level. There is no hangers to hang clothes, no furniture to store clothes, above and around you are other units with incredibly loud individuals so sleeping or working in this unit is out of the question. And finally when you contact the host with these concerns and let them know that you are feel unsafe staying here, they will let you know that your safety is not their concern and not something agreed on. DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT.”

“Nice interior with a clean bathroom and fully stocked kitchen. Unfortunately, the bed was a pain due to the boards underneath not being properly screwed down, the backup linens were stained, and the on-site laundry wasn’t available. We made frequent trips to the laundromat nearby. The area outside also felt very unsafe due to daily dumpster diving and apparent drug activity around said dumpsters. Overall, it was okay, but these issues made our stay less enjoyable.”
