“We had an absolutely wonderful stay for our family reunion! The property was lovely and comfortably accommodated all 8 of our family members, making it the absolute perfect backdrop for our reunion celebration. The rooftop game room with its pool table and the outdoor decks with fire pits were exceptional highlights where we spent most of our evenings. Clean, beautifully set up, and highly recommended for any group gathering!”

“My family and I arrived on Tuesday to attend a conference in the Gaylord resort that is a 3 minute drive. We opted to spend money on an Airbnb for comfort and space. We had some regrets on this decision given the length of our stay. Although the amenities were adequate and the location/space was lovely, it was not comfortable whatsoever. Do not let the pictures fool you. Each bed was very uncomfortable. We had to spend even more money to purchase a room at the hotel in order for my elderly parents to have adequate rest for the next day. This was my only yet biggest issue with this day. I have shared this with them as well, their response was a generated AI iMessage that apologized but did not provide any accountability or accommodation for the inconvenience. I pride myself in the fact that I am very easy-going and understand understanding, yet this response felt very impersonal and careless. Maybe this company is too busy for answering our needs, nevertheless I’ll never rebook.”
