“Incredible Airbnb, perfect for our group of 8. We were especially appreciative of how much thought was put into providing activities and toys for kids — the toddlers, 7 year old, and 10 year old all found things to play with. And omg the views from the living room & deck are stunning. We sat outside every evening watching the sun go down over the mountains. We could have stayed in more central locations like Estes Park or Boulder, but I’m so glad we chose this spot. It was easy enough to drive to the places we wanted to visit. Highly recommend.”

“This rental was nice pit stop at a great location for our family getaway. It had plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, linens and towels…even extra blankets which was a bonus. There were plenty of places to sit and hang out. The back deck was a lovely retreat to hear the birds and watch squirrels. At the end of the street, we thoroughly enjoyed strolling around the lake. Kyle was a great host, super responsive and willing to help us through any concerns.”

The hosts were also very responsive and prompt - we couldn’t find an iron, and they ordered one and had it delivered to the house within the next hour.
