AvantStay in Aspen, Colorado

“I mostly enjoyed my stay at this location. The unit is in a first floor corner so it can be a little exposed, but it’s easy to find and a good size by Aspen standards. The only two significant issues were that the AC simply did not do anything to lower the temperature despite running continuously even at night. I was too warm in the evenings. Many places in Aspen do not have AC, but I picked this one specifically because it did. Additionally, there was a slightly odd smell. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t totally fresh either. The bed is perfectly acceptable but not that comfy. When we got there, the electricity was not working in the bedroom and so neither was the WiFi because that’s where the router was located. AvantStay was very responsive and had an electrician out to fix it almost immediately. I appreciated that they responded to the issue so quickly.”

“Great location and great host, really good communication, easy arrival, and the place was ready to go with everything you need. Great bed, nice bathroom, good living space and kitchen. It's on main street but was totally quiet even during a busy time. Recommend. Only thing to be aware of: The apartment is first floor, which means if you have the curtains open you lose privacy.”
