Effortless Stay in Arvada, Colorado

“Awesome apartment, spotless, and so close to everything in town. Only issue was it took us almost 30 minutes to figure out how to get in. While the instructions were great, the lockbox was not well labeled to we had to try a bunch of them to figure out how to get in. Otherwise, terrific.”

“Host was great, provided pictures for access to the garage. Pics on the site are exactly what you get. Place was very clean and the area is really nice. Plenty of towels for the family, well stocked. This place easily and comfortably accommodates 6 people. Provides ample paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, hand soap, bath soap and shampoo. Walmart is just 5 mins away for last minute needs. Appliances are all new and super clean. Lots of dishes, glassware, utensils for the family. Surrounding area is very safe. Restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Gelato shop literally at the entrance. Arvada is really nice and train station is literally just a 2 minute walk but you don't hear the noise of the train. Highly recommended.”

“Great location with lots of shopping, dining, a weekend farmers market, and live music close by. The check in videos were very helpful and the garage parking was so nice. I understood why they call it “effortless stay” when we didn’t have a long list of things to do before checkout.”

“I had never slept on a Casper mattress and pillows. Very comfortable!!! The location was conveniently close to our family's home. It was soooo hot when we were there and the air conditioning was excellent.”
