“The condo is in a great location and great if you are bringing a pet (dog beach is next door). The good - all the usual amenities, spacious floor plan, easy beach access. The bad - upon arrival the condo front screen door was broken, had a musty wet dog odor, ants in the master bathroom, exhaust fans in both bathrooms were hanging detached from ceiling, living area rug severely stained and smelly. For the price I expected better conditions.”

“We stay in the SD metropolitan area at least once a year. We have relatives nearby and children of Disney-enjoying age. (I guess Disney thinks that’s everyone). This was the perfect place to stay as far as location within the SD area. Perfectly halfway between San Diego proper and Carlsbad/Oceanside. Also, the beach access is unrivaled. You can walk to fletcher’s cove a half a mile away, but it’s quite crowded. Or you can just walk down the back stairway of the complex, and basically have your own private beach with 5% of the crowds of the bigger beach. On our flight home, my wife said this is where we want to stay each time we make the trek to SD. The perfect spot.”

“We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and friendly. My fiancé, our dog, and I had a wonderful time here! The property was private, peaceful, and quiet. We really enjoyed all the amenities, especially the pool and pool table. We would definitely stay here again :)”
