“It was the perfect location in Home for our visit in San Diego Diego! We enjoyed Pickleball court (would be great if you got rid of that half wall at the back of the court) it gets in the way when you’re playing the sport, especially when the opposing team is serving. Just a thought, but super minor. We had a blast.! We also love how well stocked your kitchen was and appreciated having the extra cleaning supplies as it helps. Keep the home clean.”airbnb

“Great stay! The condo is right on Mission Bay, easily walkable to the ocean side and a few bars and restaurants. It was squeaky clean and roomy for a larger family. There are a few beach toys in the garage for guest use, as well as two parking spots (especially helpful in this area). The host was extremely responsive. We would absolutely stay again if returning to the area.”airbnb

“I enjoyed staying here! The host was very very responsive! I got in super late like 2 or 3 in the morning and had questions about getting in. They responded within 5 minutes. As a solo female traveler that was very mindful of them! I appreciated the fast response. This Bnb was in a prime location I walked to stores, brunch spots and the beach daily. I also went hiking in Torrey pines and the uber from here wasn’t ridiculously priced. A friend group or family would enjoy this Bnb for sure. The washer and dryer came in handy I was able to leave with clean clothes and they provided detergent. I would stay here again. They have this reasonably priced for the location truly! I enjoyed morning walks around the neighborhood. The area was definitely safe as a solo traveler I still was cautious of course. But being that I was alone and felt safe in such a central area says a lot! Book this bnb!”airbnb

“We had checked into a local hotel and it did not match the description. This place was nearby, available immediately, and so much better! It was easy to get in and saved our trip. Very clean and steps to the beach with 2 garage spots, beach toys, bikes, etc. Everything you need!”airbnb

“Very nice stay and perfect location. Right between the bay beach & so many places to walk to. Nice convenient store just down the street. What stood out to us is each bedroom had an ensuite which was a top priority for the 3 couples that stayed there. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a great touch. 3rd floor could use another a/c unit as it did get very hot up there during the day. 1st floor bath did not have towels. When I reached out, I was asked to check the other bathrooms for extras to which there were none, & then I was asked to take a photo of the bathroom vanity to prove there were no towels? Eventually, a Walmart bag appeared with two hand towels & washcloths - no bath towels. Over all the house was relatively clean. The white walls could use a touch up as they were quite scuffed up & dirty. Main sofa was "well loved" and should probably be replaced at some point. The floors did have some sand too. We would stay there again.”airbnb

“Overall it is a great 2 bed 2 bathroom place. Very close to the beach. I would rate this overall 4/5. Was a bit disappointed the host didnt really do any personal note, it was my husband and i's 11th wedding anniversary (i had mentioned it during booking) and i assumed they might do a little something since it was also my family's first trip to California and Mission Beach. There was a broken shelf in the fridge. the blender did not work (i even cleaned dark gunk out from it). The listing stated there was laundry in the actual unit...so i did not plan for a paid laundry room that is shared in a creepy hallway. I did not use it. The listing misled me into thinking both bathrooms had a tub and the pictures just shows the bathroom with the tub and not of the shower curtain open to reveal only the shower. Master bath had a rust spot in the tub. I will probably stay somewhere else next time to be honest. Perfect for a short getaway.”airbnb

“The house needs some serious maintenance. There was a hole in the ceiling that had been taped, tape around the upstairs bathroom tub, the floors were buckled in the area between the kitchen and living room and baseboards were falling off. Looks like some serious water damage that I was not told about before check in. The pool table is ripped and the game room had a weird smell. Blinds are missing in some of the bedrooms. There were piles of dirt on the floor in the hallway when we arrived and the ceiling vent at the end of the hallway was caked in dust. I wish they were more upfront about the condition of the home. Also the mailbox was overflowing when we arrived and a packaged arrived for someone while we were there. I will say the positive is that the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and some spices, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well.”airbnb
