“The house is located on a hillside with access to private beach. Beautiful location! Due to hillside, the house is 3 stories so not recommended if you don't like stairs. We were informed before checkin that the master bedroom radiant flooring wasn't working. I asked if there was alternative heat source, and the answer was yes. Unfortunately, there is no other heating mechanism in master bedroom, so we had spent the night without heat in December. I talked to them the next day, they were very responsive and sent over a portable heater. Unfortunately, the heater blew a fuse for master bedroom. I talked to property manager, they said they'll try to send someone that evening. Meanwhile, I managed to find the right fuse to reset (it wasn't labeled correctly). The main floor bathroom tub was clogged after one shower and wouldn't drain. Luckily, there were 2 other full bathrooms. The house didn't have any soap etc in bathrooms, which was a little strange for an Airbnb.”

“This was such a lovely place to stay! The location was great, especially if you want ocean views + sounds. The neighborhood itself is relatively isolated, but you can get to Target, grocery stores, CVS, etc in Watsonville in about 15 minutes, which was very convenient. The three levels in the house were perfect for creating privacy/separation if you’re traveling with a group. Only suggestion I would make is bring extra towels as there were no bath mats and very limited hand towels, bath towels, and washcloths. Also wanted to note that based on previous reviews, they seemed to have switched at some point this year from having to pick up a key to keyless entry, which saved us time driving to & from the management office.”

“We enjoyed our stay. House provided nice view for whale watching. The community up near the house is so friendly. Everyone we met while walking down to the beach greeted us with smiles and hellos. The beach was long and great for walking. It was very clean too.”
