Manager Review

Bailey Property Management

Bailey Property Management's guest rating of 4.65 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

This house is a great vibe. We were invited into the world of the Great Horned Owls who live there...they were gracious hosts. The beautiful beach is across the street. Its a perfect place for a group to enjoy the coast. One of the cleanest and best hot tubs out there. If you are a cook, bring everything, great kitchen, not stocked though. Safe travels and consider this jewel overlooking the valley and farms.

We recently stayed at this Capitola property and found the location to be its biggest strength. You are in the heart of Capitola Village - the parking was excellent! The refrigerator, pantry space, and kitchen storage made it easy to settle in for our stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with plates, bowls, and basic cookware. Unfortunately, comfort was a significant issue for us. The beds were extremely firm—so much so that after our first night, we went to Costco and purchased a queen-size air mattress because we found the mattresses too uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows were also quite flat and appear to be due for replacement. A few other things future guests may want to know: there are no cooking basics provided such as oil, salt, pepper, or spices, so plan to bring your own. While there is a washer and dryer available, no laundry detergent provided. No cleaning supplies for wiping down countertops or surfaces. The sheets and towels were clean, but could really use an upgrade.

Great kitchen and lots of space. Some of the beds were not as comfortable as others. The living room was very comfortable and well designed to visit with friends and family. My only real complaint was the driveway would scrape the bottom of the car when pulling out. If you’re car isn’t low to the ground like my Honda this won’t effect you. Overall I would stay there again.

Location, location, lo— This couldn’t have been better for our 8th grade son and 4 friends to spend the weekend after the end of their year. Kids could walk to the boardwalk and downtown super easily and got to have some independence. The condo was great. That top floor was perfect for them to spread out and watch movies/play games. Condo was great - others said they were meager on the paper products but we had enough for the weekend and everything else we could need. The bed in the master was very soft - not great for me, though some might like it.

Great place for our family! We enjoyed the bright and sunny upstairs family room. We could see the ocean from our balcony! Beach is very close - walking distance - down a cliff side access path. Or you can drive to the entrance 6 mins away. Loved Marianne’s ice cream and Castelli’s coffee shop at walking distance nearby.
