“Very comfortable house, had everything we needed! Loved the outdoor shower, outdoor dining area and bocci court.”

“We really appreciated the location and the beautiful beach/ocean view, which is why we chose this property. Unfortunately, the condition of the home was quite disappointing, particularly given that we paid $2,800 for four nights during the summer. The home felt very dated and cluttered, with old furniture and carpeting that was visibly worn and stained. It was also quite dark inside, which was especially unfortunate given the beautiful setting. The deck should have been a major highlight, but the furniture was sparse, old, and not particularly comfortable. The blinds were also difficult to operate. Since the view is one of the property’s biggest selling points, being able to easily open and close the blinds and enjoy that view is important. We were also surprised that there was no washer and dryer. For a beach property,having laundry facilities is a must . , at $700 per night, we expected the home to be substantially more updated and comfortable.”

“We had a wonderful weekend stay at this beach home. It was a perfect size - with five bedrooms and 9 beds - for our three generation family with six adult adults, four children, and an infant. It is right on the beach, and the kids were in the sand and surf all weekend. We parked and never left! There were plenty of places to sit on the patio overlooking the water. Lots of towels and umbrellas too. And an outdoor shower! We loved the historic wall photos and the "kids" or card table. Just a heads up that the house is a bit dated and it can be a little warm during the day, especially if cooking, as it does not have air-conditioning. Also the two back rooms face the highways and get some traffic noise / in case you are a light sleeper. Overall, however, it's a great house for a larger family with kids that wants to be on the beach. A fun time was had by all!”

“The location was amazing!! Just a few houses away from a beautiful beach. There were beach supplies to use and we really appreciated the outdoor shower. The only downside were the ants all over the kitchen. After that gets taken care of it will be a wonderful place to stay.”
