“Kimberly was a great host! Only complaints were some stains on the blankets and couches. There was also an unhoused person sleeping on the side of the house but left without issue once they were told to. Kimberly also answered promptly when we told her! The location is great and the house is a good size for 6-8 people! Also just know that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear things happening in other rooms! Overall a good place for our vacation.”

“Unfortunately, I would not recommend this Airbnb. Upon arrival, the property was completely dark, with no exterior lighting or address displayed on our building. The address was on the adjacent property, so we went to the wrong door, entered the code three times, and triggered a burglar alarm. Thankfully, my daughter suggested trying next door. Once inside, I discovered there was no hot water in the upstairs shower, and the electrical outlets upstairs didn’t work. Maintenance was offered, but I wasn’t comfortable having an unfamiliar man come in while staying with my daughter. The nearest coffee shop or restaurant was also at least a 20-minute walk away. Finally, I accidentally left a dress behind and was told I needed to provide a prepaid, self-addressed envelope AND pay an additional $50 fee to have it returned. Overall, a disappointing experience with poor accessibility, maintenance issues, and unreasonable charges. I would not stay here again.”

“This place was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well-appointed with premium appliances (now I have to buy a Viking range for our house). Great pools and beach access. A deli and several restaurants are within walking distance. It has convenient, private parking. The residents of other condos in the complex who we met were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable.”
