Vacation Rentals by Aaron reviews in California

“Beautiful location, very convenient for exploring the area and staying central in San Diego. Had everything we needed. One weird thing was that I had to agree on a separate website to other terms about this spot. Most of the communications (if not all) were automated, which felt a bit cold. Otherwise, no complaints.”

“The location was great, which was definitely a plus! Unfortunately, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable. An alarm next door went off for hours, and the air conditioning was controlled by the neighboring unit, which was extremely frustrating because the room was hot. This space really needs its own AC unit. The bed was also uncomfortable. Overall, a nice location, but a few improvements would make a big difference in the experience.”

“Excellent location right on the beach! We had very quick communication from the host. We did encounter a flying termite situation that, when combined with the extremely unusual heat during our stay, caused us to have to check out early, unfortunately. I'm sure the place is great normally...we are usually in sweatshirts, not sweating in 100 degrees during a San Diego October! Nothing the homeowner can do about it, just be sure to check the weather beforehand since there's no a/c. There are portable fans in every room you can reposition, though, and it's the quiet part of Mission Beach so we slept with the windows open.”

“This unit is perfect for location and access to the local amenities. The only pull back is that the bikes and reservations for beach wear listed are at beaches that are 5/10 minutes away from PB. The unit photos are from quite a while ago, and don’t match what you see advertised.”

“This place was a fantasic location. It was clean and no issues. I would recomend. A little AC would be nice but no big deal really. All the beach equipment was really great to have available to us.”
