“For anyone looking for a peaceful, beach community stay in North Santa Monica, this is the spot. Quiet at night, low traffic, and very beautiful outdoor spaces. The interiors are expertly decorated, and create a very unified and put together look. Would definitely stay again!”

“The house itself is beautiful, in a great location, and has a lot of potential. We enjoyed our stay overall and the property certainly makes a strong first impression. However, for a premium property at this price point (over $16,000 for our week-long stay), we felt it fell short in a number of areas. The overall impression was that the house had been prepared for Airbnb as a temporary arrangement rather than being fully set up and maintained as a high-end rental property. It almost felt as though it was intended for a long-term let or sale in the background. There were a number of maintenance and quality issues throughout our stay. Several blinds did not work properly, TVs were not functioning in some rooms, some lamps and fixtures were inoperative, and basic amenities were lacking. We were also disappointed by the quality of the pillows and some of the furnishings, which did not match the premium standard suggested by the listing and price. None of these issues individually ruined”
