“Beautiful location! The house really is as nice as it looks, and the views are amazing. The team was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. Some drawbacks that take the Value score down: - 'Essentials' and bathroom - for 4 nights, there was 1 small tube (1oz or less, IIRC) of shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in each bathroom despite 12 guests. I asked about extras after I ran out, the host told me to check other bathrooms for extras because that was enough. - Hot tub - $150 per day is a lot, and even when I paid in advance for multiple days we had to actually message them each time to activate it, and then it would be deactivated after a few hours. Turning jets on also required messaging the team. There are cameras in the pool area for them to monitor whether you're using it. - The kitchen equipment is definitely minimal. - Parking is not 6 spaces. Garage is nearly too small for full-size cars; hard to get a full-sized car in/out; kitchen door will hit your car.”
