The rules seemed like broad boilerplate for multiple rentals rather than specific only to this property, which made the agreement feel more open-ended than I’m comfortable with They also requested more information than I typically expect. As a longtime Airbnb guest with strong reviews who doesn’t party, smoke, have pets, or leave places messy, the extra paperwork made the stay feel more pressure-filled than relaxed. Overall, it’s a nice, clean space with a good view, but the extensive rules and check out tasks may not be ideal for guests who prefer a simpler Airbnb experience.”
