“It was beautiful and so fun for our families to spend time together! We would love to come back”

“Overall this was a lovely stay and great location for me and my family. You can walk to everything from this home, beach, restaurants, local shops, grocery store, etc. The home was clean, cute, very comfy, and we loved the deep tub! We had a slight disappointment at check-in when we arrived with 3 hungry toddlers and our room was not ready. I messaged the host through Airbnb to let them know what was going on. 30mins later I received a call from the host, assuring me that this does not normally happen and that typically they would be notified if the cleaners are running behind. Just as I received this call, the cleaners let us know that we could enter the house. Also, for those traveling with LOs, the backyard is a giant dirt pit. Would have been nice to have grass for outdoor play but with the beach so near by, not a big issue for us. Lastly as mentioned in another review, at night there was a bit of “action” that went on outside our windows as people left the bar around the corner.”

“Make sure you read all the way down to the end of the description of the home. The listing should say 1 bedroom and a loft with 3 beds. Plus there are stairs to get down into the living room that weren’t mentioned in the description.”

“Great location. Perfect size for our family of 4. Very well stocked, which was very helpful. The negatives weren’t really in their control. The next door neighbor to the right when looking at the home has a dog that will bark ALL HOURS of the night. Also I felt the cleaning fee was pretty high for the condition the home is in. The bedding in one room was soiled, leaving us to wash it right away. The couch slip covers could use regular washes - that’s why they’re slipcovers. And there was excessive grime on the doors around the knobs, and that general area. These are things I believe they should hold the cleaning crew to a higher standard, or lower the cost of the cleaning fee.”

“Everything was great but URelax should look into some more trustworthy housekeeping service as I left a valuable item and they said it was never found. Extremely disappointed since I sent a note the day of departure.”

“The location is great. However the Airbnb was dirtier than we thought. There was also ants throughout the house, in the beds, kitchen and living room. Thrash left in drawers. Neighbors in the other rental kept smoking and we could not open the windows right away to air out the house since it smelled musty upon arrival.”

“The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had nice views of the rock. However, guests should be aware that after booking, I was asked to complete an electronic signature document with a very lengthy set of house rules. The rules seemed like broad boilerplate for multiple rentals rather than specific only to this property, which made the agreement feel more open-ended than I’m comfortable with They also requested more information than I typically expect. As a longtime Airbnb guest with strong reviews who doesn’t party, smoke, have pets, or leave places messy, the extra paperwork made the stay feel more pressure-filled than relaxed. Overall, it’s a nice, clean space with a good view, but the extensive rules and check out tasks may not be ideal for guests who prefer a simpler Airbnb experience.”

“I have mentioned this, but the details required before check-in were excessive. The host mentioned they needed to "make sure it was the right fit." That is my job on AirB&B to determine if a place is a good fit for my family, not the job of the owner. I have never had to provide so much personal information to rent an AirB&B before and it was too much right before leaving town for vacation.”

“Very clean and comfortable. Short drive to the waterfront. Staff were very responsive. This house does NOT have 3 beds as listed which was problematic for our party. URelax staff was not helpful in regard to helping find a solution for this error in their listing. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay.”
