“It wasn't cleaned before my arrival. I also had people walk into the unit after my check-in. The deadbolt is attached to their keypad so that is a large safety concern. I reached out to help solve these issues and was given automated responses with no actual resolution. Dissapointing experience.”

“Condo needs lots of deferred maintenance—trundle bed was broken and had sharp screws that we needed to remove to prevent injury. The valve in the bathtub broke so we didn’t have water in the tub for most of our stay. We reported these issues immediately and coordinating with some (very nice) repair people, but they were unsure to help because the items were so far gone they needed to be replaced. We never got access to the ski locker, the closest we got was being advised to hit the lock box so ideally the lock box should just be replaced. A number of other items were poorly installed and either broke or were on the verge of breaking (towel bars, knobs on cabinet). The upstairs carpet needs a deep clean (faint scent of urine). Buttons on the dishwasher are no longer legible. We did love the location and the condo layout it great—if items were fixed and maintained it would have been a 5 star stay but with all the issues we ran into we can’t advise others stay until they are addressed.”

“For whatever reason, the pool parking lot passes were not there where they were supposed to be. When this happens, that means you have to walk to the pool, very inconvenient. Vacasa was slow to respond with new passes. Not my fault they need a better system.”

“Amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The beds were super comfy, and the location near Truckee is unbeatable. Easy check-in and out process made everything a breeze. We’ll definitely be back!”
