This place was awesome and would recommend to anyone wanting excellent accommodations within walking distance to the village. The condo was clean and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was locating parking and getting the access keys. I was told to go to 3 different locations. After 5P the instructions said to go to Hyatt but they sent me to 2 different locations. All in all we figured it out and it was fine.

The power was out for multiple hours/days during our stay, which also meant we had no heat. They should have offered a reduced price given that we had no heat or electricity in the middle of winter.

The communication with Vacasa - a rental management platform - was truly horrible. I have been staying at Airbnbs for over a decade, and this was hands down the worst possible experience. Before arrival, when asking simple questions (Is there public parking available since we are over the car limit? Will HOA-controlled streets be plowed?) we were told by a robot to use google. As we got closer to the stay, a major winter storm occurred. No one from Vacasa informed us of active road closures of a major highway. Before we arrived the power went out (including hot water) and Vacasa failed to notify us of this safety issue. It took over 24 hours for utilities to be restored, and during that process our group couldn't find flashlights, candles, or other emergency supplies. In an area where winter storms are normal, it felt unsafe and irresponsible for there to be no emergency supplies in the house. The actual house was beautiful, but not worth struggling through communicating with robots.
