Exactly as described, peaceful with exceptional view. We enjoyed the fire pit overlooking the ocean and had a great time while exploring the redwoods.

Had a great stay! Peaceful little house, quiet neighborhood, easily accessible and walkable. Kids got a kick out of the wood pellet stove

Our stay was amazing! Beach a short walk from the house. Amazing views out of every window. Walking trails, view points within walking distance, quaint little town with shops and a few restaurants. Only regret is not staying longer! The house itself was cozy and inviting as well. Fully stocked kitchen and a much needed washer and dryer. Would love to go back!

I have stayed at the Seascape house almost every year since 2004. It is one of my favorite places in the world. I’ve experienced many different property managers during that time. All of them are far away are better than airbnb for responsiveness. We paid roughly $667 per night for an oceanfront home with a deck, that advertises photos with deck chairs on the deck. Problem was we got there and there were no deck chairs. They’ve been there the last 20 times we stayed. Next, there was no propane in the barbecue. Next, the water pressure in the house is extremely low… Like a trickle. Big groups will not like. I think the property manager should be checking on these things before people come to use the house, and somebody should’ve offered to discount for our stay as it was not as advertised. No such luck. I won’t be booking anything in the future with Airbnb or Vacasa if I can avoid it.
