Stay Smart reviews in Tracy, California

“This was an unfortunate stay for my family and I. I left within a couple of hours after arriving. It was dirty inside. Spiderwebs and dust in every room ceiling and corner of the walls. Dirty floor. The bathrooms had black mold stains in the showers. The inside of the cabinets were not in good shape; peeling and stained. There were 6-7 piles of dog poop on the front lawn. Cigarette butts cluttered right at the front door. The backyard had not been maintained and my kids could not play outside. The dishwasher smelled stagnant. The dinner table was unstable. My daughter almost fell leaning on it. I tripped on a lifted floor board. The fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. Very disappointed with Airbnb as well. They did not help us despite our complaints and pictures and proof of all of the above mentioned concerns. The host did not give us a full refund either. Do not recommend! Awful experience with the host and Airbnb!”
