“No response about heating. We finally figured it out. There was chewing gum stuck on bathroom counter, missing fan remotes. The location is great. Has a ton of potential. But need to add more kitchen items. bigger pots and pans. And tighten up on cleanliness and communication.”

“The house is very spacious & the area that it’s in is nice, however, there were multiple issues throughout our stay. The washer has mold in it & smells of mildew, so we were unable to wash clothes throughout the week we stayed. The rooms also had multiple issues as well, two of the bed frames in the house are broken, and a shower in one of the bathrooms has a sliding glass door that’s broken. The doors aren’t fully connected to the metal frame and almost fell on us when we tried to use the shower. Along with that, the shower had mold too. The lighting in the house also needs to be looked at because you have to flip the switches a few times to get the lights on in some of the rooms. The Airbnb also began to smell of sewage after the first night. Lastly, this wasn’t the original Airbnb that we attempted to book with Stay Smart. We booked a different house, but they canceled our reservation to put it back on at a higher rate per night!!”
