“The layout of the home and location are great. However, the home is in need of some TLC.”

“good place but kitchen was understocked from items needed to cook and didnt have paper towels or toilet paper or shampoo in some of tbe bathrooms plus the fridge ice machine wasnt working but beside that the place is very nice and peaceful just needed those things”

“The stay is not up to the mark. The backyard is full of trash with beer cans and alcohol. The carpet stinks with lot of smell. The pictures are deceiving. This can be a ok stay for just crashjng but not a great place for longer stays. May be it could be better for the price i paid for”

“No response about heating. We finally figured it out. There was chewing gum stuck on bathroom counter, missing fan remotes. The location is great. Has a ton of potential. But need to add more kitchen items. bigger pots and pans. And tighten up on cleanliness and communication.”

“I wish I had better things to say. The ONE plus was plenty of room for eight. The cons: Door knobs missing/broken, dishes in cupboard dirty, dishwasher didn't work. Only six towels that were put away wet. Sheets and bedding dirty, NO top sheets or duvet covers (we asked and they didn't deliver), dead bugs/flies, LOTS of lint behind dryer, washer/dryer were coin operated, big surprise. Electric outlets only half worked, food from previous tenant left behind, dust everywhere, GARBAGE outside, can was full, bags were piled high and had been opened by animals. Patio door unlocked, we locked it when we left for a tour and when returned it had been forced open and was left unlocked (scary). Filthy cookie sheet that had to be scrubbed, non-supportive mattresses, 3 beds broken, box of potatoes holding up cupboard, chipped tiles, used bar of soap in bathroom, listing photos do NOT match the house, sink nozzle broken, filthy fans in bathroom, no cleaning supplies, almost no toilet paper.”

“House is big and spacious for a large family group. Kitchen wasn’t well equipped. What really let it down was the very dirty carpet in family living area. They didn’t clean the carpet at well and to hide that, it was laced upside down!! With some improvement in maintenance, it can be a great property to stay.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable from start to finish. The home itself is beautiful, but the condition it was in upon arrival was shocking. It was clearly not cleaned—there was hair everywhere, the bathroom was filthy, and personal items from previous guests were still left behind, including a used bar of soap. To make matters worse, there were bugs in both the beds and the bathtub. I ended up sleeping on the couch because I didn’t feel comfortable using the beds. The bedding was dirty, the comforter had visible blood stains, and one of the beds was broken upon arrival. Even after washing the bedding myself, the bugs were still there. When I brought up the broken bed, the manager admitted he already knew about it and asked if I wanted someone to come fix it. At that point, I declined because the overall condition of the place had already made me uncomfortable. When I reported the bugs, I was told, “it’s that time of year,” and asked if I wanted pest co”

“The grill was very broken and unusable, wish I was informed before I bought so much stuff to grill. Messaged the host and he took long to respond and didn’t help with a solution and he kept giving short responses.”

“I stayed here with my family (spouse and three young children). While in a beautiful neighborhood, this house did not match the pictures. Yard was not mowed or maintained in several weeks (kids could not go outside), bathroom rugs had wet foot prints from last renters, brown stains on carpet in bedroom and dirty walls. We even saw bugs (some kind of roach) scattering across the living room. Counters and tables had residue on it, I assume was from previous renters. This house was not worth the price paid which was disappointing for a family vacation.”
