Great house for a large group. Kid friendly and well stocked. Good location that feels remote but is within 5 - 10 mins of grocery and retail amenities and 10 mins to wine country.

The stay was exactly what I was hoping for when I arrived. I would stay here again.

Great stay! We had 6 adults and flew fit very comfortably. We were hot in our rooms at night because the AC is only in the main part of the house but they had a portable AC in the master bedroom we could have set up, so I would recommend doing that. Kitchen was nice and had all the things you may need to cook as well as grilling tools! The location was very close to all the wineries which was nice. Would come back :)

I’ve never had to leave a negative review, but the passive aggressive/dishonest communications by both the co-host and the management company could not be ignored! We booked the property, we learned as we were pulling on to the property at 10 PM+ at night that the property had not been cleaned! Thankfully, we had brought our own blankets that we could sleep on the sofa. The mgmt company communicated their supposed genuine apology for the mistake, and offered to refund the cleaning fee. As a host, I understand mistakes happen and I’m very gracious with people even went as far as starting the laundry for them as some of the bedding was clearly urine saturated and it was stinking up the whole place. We were asked to leave the property we paid for, so they could clean the property the next day. Contacted the cohost a few days after we had left inquiring about that refund, and she denied ever offering it, even though it was right in the Airbnb email!

The place was well accommodating, and had everything that we needed except it was rundown. We couldn’t use the pool slide. It was all peeling and one of my girlfriends back leg got cut from it. One of the umbrellas was broken and couldn’t open. The TV in the living room just kept on buffering, and that was it, and when I text the eye trip, they told me to refer to the manual which nothing was in there. The place is definitely outdated and the furniture is old. A lot of it looks like it came from a secondhand furniture store. So all in all do not think it was worth $1000 a night. Outside, we couldn’t utilize properly because well had to be in at 10pm. The two fire pits were outside we couldn’t use because of the burn ban. One of the umbrellas was broken so the shade was limited, the waterslide we could not use because my girlfriend cut her back of her laid on the peeling scaling slide. Every time we wanted to swim in the pool, we were caught up in the pool’s vacuum hose.
