“Very enjoyable stay”

“Great location, multi-level dog friendly, kid friendly spot with an easy access hot tub. This rental was excellent for our family and provided a nice relaxing long weekend space. The bunk bed room was a hit for kids. The extra space heater was also great for the basement rooms. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of them for the size of the house. Loved the hot tub right off the living room. Kitchen has lots of seating options and great game table with extra stools for a fun game night. Master was spacious and comfortable. Fenced in backyard is also amazing for dog lovers. Very clean house, easy instructions to access and overall a great spot. Thanks again!”

“Generally speaking, the house was great. It had all the necessities. The lay out was perfect. Some of the furnishings could se a refresh but all in all it was comfortable and a good value. The few criticisms we had are very nit picky. The soaps for showers supplied were not nearly enough and the setback on the thermostat is way too low. The only reason that mattered was because one of the members in our party was injured skiing so she had to stay back a couple of days and every few hours she had to get up to turn the heat back up. Not terribly convenient for someone with a knee injury. Location is great and we’d definitely stay there again!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at O’Brien’s Den over New Year’s week! The cabin was just as described — cozy, clean, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable winter getaway. The location right next to Sugar Pine Point State Park made it feel peaceful and scenic, and it was such a treat to wake up to forest views every morning. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home, like the gas fireplace and fully stocked kitchen, made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the great communication from our host — everything was clearly explained, which made settling in a breeze. This place was the perfect base for exploring the area — from snowy adventures to relaxing evenings in. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay to ring in the New Year and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable Tahoe retreat! 🌲✨”
