“Having access to the membership at Chambers Landing was a great perk and we really enjoyed the area. However, the house was smaller than expected and did not comfortably fit 9 people, despite being listed for 10 guests. There was no AC, only 3 out of the 4 stove burners worked, and it was about a 20-minute walk to Chambers Landing. Overall, we still had a nice stay, but there were a few details that did not fully match our expectations.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Tahoe property. The home was impeccably clean, probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in, and every detail felt thoughtfully maintained. The sheets in the bedrooms were amazing, and all of the beds were comfortable and high quality, which made a big difference for our family. The house had plenty of towels, lots of space, and was great for kids. The couch was also spotless and comfortable, which is not always the case in rentals, and it made the living area feel as inviting as home. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and everything we needed during our stay. The location was fantastic: tucked away on a cul-de-sac and right next to a trail, which allowed us to hike every day. Overall, it was a high-quality experience from start to finish. This property is managed by AvantStay, and we really want to thank their team for maintaining such a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped home. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“The place is beautiful and made us feel right at home. The house is very comfortable, and the host was extremely friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The location is also great — very close to downtown Tahoe City. The home could use some updates, as the rooms and kitchen feel a bit outdated. The kitchen would also benefit from newer appliances, pots, and pans.”
