“I stayed here with several other couples over new years so we could get some skiing in at Palisades. The house is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked as we did lots of cooking. We enjoyed nights by the fire and lots of games.”

“This place was great. Super close to town for lake festivities but secluded enough that it’s calm and peaceful when having downtime. Kitchen was stocked well and the place was very spacious and our group of 8 had a great time!!”

“We enjoyed the house - it's well-located and spacious. It was easy to get to and from the lake and is in a very pretty neighborhood. The driveway is steep and the snow we had made the driveway quite tricky to navigate, but we shoveled our way out. It's a comfortable house by and large - good beds and a spacious kitchen and living area. Nothing super outstanding, but it was good for our 6 person crew. There were a number of maintenance issues that came up that are a sign of the wear this house has - a broken freezer handle and a part of the shower door came detached. There are a number of minor things, a broken cabinet door in the bathroom, for example that make the house feel a bit neglected. For a five-night stay, we were given one roll of paper towels and one ounce of dish soap, a little odd. They were responsive to our messages asking for some help. We had fun and enjoyed our selves, despite the minor stuff.”

“Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Natural Retreats. This is a renovated, private location; yet very close to the lake and local activities. Highlights were the full kitchen, prepped grill, extra towels, and comfortable beds. We all slept like babies. Thank you. And the views of the stars at night are something money can't buy!”
