“We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and we had 11 adults and 3 teenagers. When we first got into the home I noticed that the oven wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and we planned on using it that night. I messaged the team and they had someone out right away. Unfortunately the dishwasher ended up not working. They sent someone out, but it couldn’t be fixed. Not a big deal as we all pitched in with washing the dishes. One thing to think about if you’re renting this house when it’s hot out, there is no air conditioning except for on the top floor. Keep the shades down during the day to help keep the house cool. At night it cools off nicely. One thing we were looking forward to was using the lounge chairs next to the jacuzzi, well.. I think the bears must have gotten to them before us. One didn’t have a cushion on it and the other looked like it had a few bites taken from it. Aside from that, we would come back to this beautiful home again. We also loved the neighborhood!”

“Here are the pros and cons to this property; Pros: lots of bathrooms and bedrooms, open kitchen living room area, jacuzzi, quiet neighborhood Cons: refrigerator stopped working the first day, cabinets and dishes in the kitchen not clean, dishwasher was broken (entire stay) 3 windows were broken wouldn’t open,, closet doors kept coming off track/hard to open, lounge chairs pillow missing/destroyed, bathtub knob got stuck couldn’t shut off,ping pong table damaged, upon leaving found stained pillows/mattress pad, light in one of the downstairs rooms had to be flickered several times before coming on. For the amount of money we paid to have to do our own dishes, sleep in a hot room with no window access, staying up to wait on maintenance responses, and have someone come back to clean areas that were clearly not touched is upsetting on your “relaxing” vacation. Although some money was refunded back to us due to all the problems during our stay, we will not be staying here in the future.”

“This house was perfect for 12 people. Beautiful view of the lake, clean, and plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen to make meals. The host company was very responsive and thorough. Would definitely stay here again!”
