“This rental is amazing and the perfect fit for a larger group. Plenty of rooms and extra sleeping areas separate from the main area. right next to an amazing park with a great disc golf course and trails. Plenty of restaurants within a mile and so much more around 15 to 20 miles away. the host was perfect with communication, from allowing early access, explaining features and helping almost instantly when questions arose. had small issue with hottub and I just wanted to make sure it was ok if I did the troubleshooting that it recommended, with the go ahead, it was not long before it worked properly the rest of the trip. this cabin really was perfect and so worth it. my friends I had a great weekend get away and got to experience a wonderful area of north lake tahoe.”

“The place generally matched the photos, but we ran into a few issues during our stay. When we arrived the heater was off, so it took quite a while for the place to warm up. The fireplace shown in the photos was not working, which was disappointing. The toaster also doesn’t work properly—you have to hold the lever down for it to toast. There was no hand soap in the bathroom (only body wash under the sink), and there wasn’t a kettle or anything to boil water with. We could also hear a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbors walking and banging. Lastly, the guest book says checkout is at 11am, but we were told it was 10am, and we weren’t able to get even a short extension. With a few fixes and clearer communication, the stay could be improved.”

“Very cute condo located within close proximity to many great restaurants in Kings Beach and Truckee. Check in was easy an the condo was clean and cozy. Would stay here again”
