“Overall, we had a great stay at AvantStay Lake Tahoe. The location was excellent, very convenient and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we needed during our trip. The home was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. There were a few minor areas for improvement: the neighboring unit’s front door could be a bit noisy at times, the carpets would benefit from a deeper cleaning, and the master bedroom has a tub but no separate shower. We enjoyed our stay. The convenient location and comfortable accommodations made it a great base for exploring Lake Tahoe.”

“This home is in a great location. There is a beach across the street, it is in the middle of being able to get to other places. The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, worked out very well for my family.”

“Overall we had a nice time in the house, however, I don’t think we would go back. It wasn’t made very clear that there are two stairways in the main living area, we have a toddler and keeping him safe felt like a full time job even with 1 baby gate. It would be best to tell guests with little ones to bring a gate or put them in the house. The primary bathroom didn’t have a shower, it was a tub only. Didn’t mind using the other bathroom, except the shower curtain was too short and it was a struggle to keep water splattering out. Seems like a simple fix. The kitchen had everything you needed and that was nice. Lastly, the neighbors across the street made the stay uncomfortable. Their yard is full of junk and they had loud vulgar conversations, not something you want to hear on a vacation and with small kids. Luckily the backyard was a nice oasis. I can see this being more of a winter house vs summer. The garage is also off limits, no additional storage for any bikes or kayaks.”
