“Our family truly enjoyed the week in Carnelian Bay. The location was perfect for us with easy access to the lake and hiking trails. We also loved the home, with plenty of room for all 9 of us. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed. The patio and the yard were a peaceful gathering place. And the bedrooms and the bathrooms were well situated and comfortable. It was a wonderful place for us all to meet up and spend the week with family.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the place. We had a large family gathering that included many teenagers. The house itself was perfect for sleeping arrangements, preparing meals, enjoying morning coffee and breakfast and playing games. Everyone especially loved the short walk to what turned out to be a private beach for hours of paddle boarding and swimming. The location in Homewood is perfect for easy day trips to everything the area has to offer. The view from the deck was ideal with tall trees but still able to see the lake. The place is well maintained and clean. Plenty of linens. We would choose this place again for a return visit.”

“This was the most modern and updated place I've ever stayed up in Tahoe. My family started coming up to Tahoe in the summer and winter in 1968. We always have stayed in Alpine Meadows and it was nostalgic that this place is a block from our original rental. The kitchen was amazing and had room for all of us! The neighborhood was quiet and sleeping was super comfortable”
