“Overall, great stay! I will say the space was warm! Luckily we found some fans but sleeping was rough due to the temperature. Space was appointed nicely and had everything you would need. It was clean and the location was decent. Walk to the beach wasn’t too far but it wasn’t something we used other than to walk down and see. I would have driven had we went to spend anytime. I’d recommend and I’d stay here again! Tahoe is incredible!”

“This location worked out great for us. Plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate our family. I liked the sitting area upstairs for relaxing and reading. The bathrooms are small but fine. The living and dining areas are great for gathering. We didn’t cook, so no comments about the appliances. It is walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and the lake (including rental equipment). The dog park was within walking distance. All in all, it was great. My only complaint is that the WiFi is a bit sketchy.”

“Great place and great location. Our family of five was comfortable staying there. We loved how close it was to the lake and Kings Beach. The only bummer part about the stay was not being able to access the the amenities because the guest before us took off with the keycard. So we were bummed that we couldn’t utilize the hot tub, pool and pickleball court.”

“Lovely home in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood surrounded by nature with a very partial lake view. The home felt a bit more lived in than I’m used to but overall my friends and I enjoyed our stay.”
