Great location near a river. The kitchen was well stocked and full of basics/pots and pans. Made it really easy for group meals. Would book again in the future for a summer retreat!

I'm not sure I've ever written an online review for anything, ever. But I'm inspired to give this house and the host 5 stars. The best place I've ever stayed in Tahoe and one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. The house is charming, well appointed, clean, and inviting. Even has a Klipsch bluetooth speaker in the bedroom (IYKYK). Nice new hot tub. Back yard looks over what seems to be secluded forest. 5 minute walk from Rosie's; not even 10 to the public beach. Responsive hosts eager to be of help. Pretty much the ideal rental situation. Take it from someone who normally can't be bothered to click on the link to review.

Host was responsive, and flexible with a late check out. Instruction for access was clear, place was clean. Overall was a great experience and definitely wants to come back again.

There was good, bad, and ugly for our stay. The good: Good communication. The place was nice. Not luxurious, but nice. The bad: They set a 4PM check in. Then they pushed it back to 5:30. When we arrived we didn't get in till 6PM. The ugly: They advertised private river access. There was no private river access. This was very important to us since it's the #1 reason we booked this place. There was a VERY loud rodent in the walls. And there was street construction from 9PM to 6AM that kept us up all night. Originally I didn't fault the property, how were they supposed to know about street construction? After talking to locals however, this was something everyone knew about and they should have told us. We paid over $3700 for four days. They refunded us a measly $560, and Airbnb took pity and refunded us an additional $300. But the value wasn't there, and they should have taken more responsibility for false advertising, a rodent, and street construction. Stay here at your own risk.

We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Tahoe Airbnb. The location was excellent, and the home was beautifully updated, clean, and comfortable. The property management team was incredibly responsive. We had an issue with a closet light that kept turning on and off, and they had someone out to inspect and fix it within just a few hours. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and soaking in the hot tub after spending the day exploring. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to prepare several meals at home—a huge convenience when traveling with two young kids. We would absolutely recommend this property to others and hope to stay here again on a future trip to Lake Tahoe!
