“We had a nice stay. Close to Lake Tahoe. However, the check-in instructions provided were incomplete.”

“Cons: Property indicated good for 5 guests and got a message that they already prepared the place. However, upon arriving, only the bed was made. We had to figure out where will the other 3 people sleep. We had to move the chairs and set up the bed itself. It would have been better if the property prepared the place as if 5 people could sleep in it. We ended up booking a room in Granlibakken. Thank god the place itself still accommodated us despite the short notice. - Was also difficult to navigate considering that we informed them that we would be arriving before 10pm, so it would be nighttime and more difficult than usual to find the place. Pros: - water pressure was good - kitchen was fully equipped - mirror and table beneath good placing - portable heater was def a help”

“They switched property management and didn't have the access code for the door, eventually, a gentleman from the previous management gave us the code, but after that it was a great time and home to be in.”

“Listed amenities not available (hot tub), light bulbs missing / not working, living room window broken and temp sealed over, half the curtains missing, no lights in the bedroom.”
