“This unit was exactly as described. Uncluttered, stylish decor. Front porch great for sitting out in the sun. A/C kept unit at a comfortable temp even though it was warm this weekend. Nice bathroom; shower had great water pressure. Good coffee shops and restaurants close by. Great communication from host.”

“Great location, amazing view, easy access to Santa Barbara and surrounding area. Complete kitchen, very comfortable bed. Note however that Summerland is located right on highway 101 and if you are a light sleeper you will hear the cars and trucks into the night/early morning. We did a have a slight disappointment in that the dryer was broken; kind of a bummer, but these things happen, and they were kind enough to give us a little credit for that as that was an important amenity for us. Also, the tub/shower is situated weirdly high off the floor (hence the great view while soaking though...) so folks with mobility or balance issues might want to bear that in mind.”

“The Air Bnb itself was great! Clean, comfortable and a beautiful view. Close to Santa Barbara and walking distance to the Summerland Main strip. There wasn’t as much to do as I would have hoped in Summerland and it’s a little noisy with the highway right there. Other than that it was great!”

“We absolutely loved our stay! Great views, without much noise from the road. The bed was comfortable. Opening windows at night was enough to cool the place down for sleeping - as a Texan I’m used to cooling with AC; one day/night had particularly warm temperatures so we closed the windows and used the AC unit for sleeping and it worked just fine. This unit is cozy and feels like coming home. Would definitely rent again!”
