Vacation Rentals of Santa Barbara

“The property was clean and in good order. Checkin was seamless. My only complaint, and it is a big one, is the fact that this property was not air conditioned. Upon arrival we called to see if we were missing something about the A/C because the townhouse was very hot and humid (86 F). We were told that it indeed did not have A/C. We then looked online into the amenities and it did say "heat", but was silent on the fact it did not have A/C. My complaint is that a vacation beach community villa, in June, should advertise in BIG BOLD FLASHING letters that it is not air conditioned. I should not have to investigate if my Colorado mountain villa has heat in December, nor should I have to check if my beach community villa has A/C in June. We feel deceived.”

“We enjoyed a family weekend celebrating our two daughters College Graduation from UCSB. We had a beach day on Saturday and it was a less than 5 minute walk. We walked downtown for dinner a couple nights and it was about 15-20 minute walk but the weather was beautiful so didn't mind at all. The wharf was a 15 minute walk as well. The house itself was very nice we rented both sides of the duplex as we had a larger group. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. The price was not inexpensive but, it seems prices for everything in Santa Barbara gets inflated because its graduation weekend. The long driveway was a little tough when we needed to get in and out, but fortunately we walked or Ubered most of the time. If you didn't know the people in the other unit it might be a bit awkward moving in and out as needed as you would need to ask to move their car. I would definitely rent this place again and would recommend it to others especially for a larger group. Thank you!!”

“Loved our stay! The place was clean and comfortable. The condo layout was great for the 5 adults in our party. The easy walks to the Harbour and Sterns Wharf had us enjoying beautiful beach vistas and delicious cuisine. Would definitely stay again!”

“The house was great, had everything I needed for a longer stay. The landscaping in particular was very nice around the house, lots of beautiful plants. The neighborhood is suburban and because of the cul de sac location the house is surrounded on all sides by neighbors at different elevations - inside things feel very private but outside in the driveway or backyard you might see and hear neighbors. Also sometimes heard some construction or landscaping in the neighborhood, or dogs barking - all good as the Mesa isn’t crazy secluded but just fyi. There’s a nice open space about a 20 min walk and a few great beaches nearby (highly recommend 1000 steps beach), lots of good food around and an easy drive to anywhere you want to go in the area. All in all great house for a longer stay.”

“This property is better than even advertised. It was pristine, quiet and CLEAN. Beautiful home. The kitchen was top notch for cooking and food prep. Each bedroom had its personal bath. The hot tub was a easy stress free way to end the day. If you're in the Santa Barbara area, look no further. It's close and convenient to downtown, marina, beach and golf.”
