“This place was a wonderful spot for our anniversary vacation. The studio apartment was extremely clean upon check in. We were happy to find a few kitchen essentials that we didn’t need to run out and pick up. Plenty of food storage containers, bowls, etc. too. The view is phenomenal!! Unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony. The property description notes that you’ll be close to the 101 and the Amtrak line… that is absolutely true, and you’ll have unavoidable road and train noise, but to put it in perspective, there are $10M homes even closer to 101… that’s vacationing on the California coast. We were there at a pretty hot period, and were able to regulate the temp in the apartment with windows, shade control, and the provided fan. Exactly a half mile walk (or drive) to the Lookout Point beach. Apartment even came with a couple of loaner beach chairs! Overall a great experience in one of the nicest SBA suburbs.”
