“All in all, it wasn't a bad stay. It's the inaccuracies and lack of transparency in the listing that made this place not meet my expectations. It is not nearly as bright as the listing makes it seem (other than the bathroom). There are only two windows in the living room/dining area and one is facing the interior of the building. It is a high foot traffic area for tenants, so having windows open doesn't feel comfortable because there are so many people who have the opportunity to look inside. Not being comfortable having blinds open on the windows also played a large role in maintaining comfort with the temperature. There is no a/c (which is stated in the listing) and they also don't provide any fans other than a ceiling fan in the bedroom, so a majority of my stay it was stuffy and hot. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and hard, the bedding was cheap, and they were super low to the ground, as were the couches. It just wasn't a physically comfortable stay at all.”

“Stars 3/4 Happy but Lil Discouraged Beautiful AirBNb - Easy Check In - Good quality furniture - Maintenance / Manager by the name Eugene was EXTREMELY Helpful and Friendly During my stay they had 2 days of roofing construction above the apartment and the noise was beyond unbearable and unbelievable. That I needed to sign off work because I did not receive a heads up and was very much appreciated but also needed due to working remote and with elderly patients. I informed the Host / Staff that this was a big inconvenience and if there was something they were goin to offer or small discount for the inconvenience and no heads up! And told me it should only only till End of Day it wasn’t it continued to Friday end of day. Unfortunately and discouraging because they did not feel bad for the inconvenience and also did not want to attempt to make things right by simply providing me or my bill a small gesture or discount. Overall Appt and stay was GORGEOUS!!”
