“Not my first time staying in Los Angeles so i do know what to expect, on the other hand from the pictures listed and the actual apartment is very different, the place was very dirty upon walk through walls, air vent, the couch had stains on it, now i expected a nice stay but from the old windows cracking it does not create a seal in which you can hear the street as well as bugs can fly in the apartment with you! The elevator had pet urine within the stay, the shower water did not get hot, as well as the amenities were closed with no prior notice”

“Simple great place to stay”

“We had a nice stay overall. The location was great, and the apartment itself was very nice and well suited for our stay. The underground parking was also a big plus. Our car felt safe there, and there was plenty of space even for a large vehicle. Unfortunately, the apartment was not as clean as we expected when we arrived. The floors, kitchen, and bathroom were generally not as clean as they should have been. We let the hosts know about the issues, and they responded very quickly and offered to send someone over the next day to take care of the cleaning. We really appreciated how promptly and professionally they handled the situation. Overall, the apartment has a great location and a lot of potential, and we appreciated the quick, friendly, and helpful communication from the hosts.”

“READ CAREFULLY Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI booked an apartment in Redondo Beach because I wanted to stay near the beach. However, just when I got in Los Angeles, I was informed that the property provided would actually be in Torrance, a different city and much farther from the beach than advertised.After a 15-hour journey with two children, I arrived to discover that the accommodation did not match the location I had booked. I entered the apartment only to assess the situation and stayed for about one hour while arranging alternative accommodations.Because of the last-minute location change, I lost trust in the host and had to book another property at a much higher price. To make matters worse, the host later attempted to charge me a $135 cleaning fee despite my brief stay.Airbnb did not adequately resolve the issue or reimburse my losses. I would strongly advise future guests to verify the exact location before booking.”
