“The place itself was fine but there were a few basics missing that would have been nice — hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom, salt and pepper, maybe a few more kitchen things like . Would stay here again if it was just me (a little small for a family) and landed to only eat out instead of make my own meals.”airbnb

“Upon arrival I was ignored and dismissed and hung up on and had me waiting at the wrong location. Eugene is a smart ass and stingy they would not cancel my reservation due to a medical emergency they rather have me die in their apartment for 300 dollars a night in a terrible apartment with no tv because they must really need it . Location address was incorrect it’s the hwh building across the street and they have cheap thin sheets and couldn’t even put water or ice in the fridge . Woman be careful with the bald valet man that works the night shift he was trying to touch on and get close to my young girlfriends and being very creepy . There is no tv .”airbnb

“If you’re looking for a place to stay for a short time it does the job. It’s very walkable. Not fancy or Luxury as stated in any way. Building over all is very rundown. It was hard to find the main entrance to the building. We came through a strange side door. Looked under construction. The room felt clean but furniture was broken and worn out with stains on the carpets. walls were stark and it was desperately in need of fresh paint. Scuffs galore. Also we booked for 3 people and they had two beds with no extra linens.”airbnb

“The location at the Airbnb app when you click on see location is not the address they provide is way far, the internet did not worked at all we had to connect to another apartment and it was slow, the towels were dirty so we have to washed them again. The apartment is nice and big, but this experience was not the best.”airbnb

“First off check in was at 3pm I was then told that I could not check in at that time because the previous client did a late check out and they needed to clean the unit still. We then waited until I could check in at 4:30pm, I then got there and circled the building whilst nobody answered the phone and I was told to meet someone on a corner. Then when I finally got a call back and met with the lady on the corner I was took up and told to not speak with any management or employees in the building, then walked in and could clearly see that the unit had not just been cleaned there was dust and hair everywhere and scuff marks on every wall, every cabinet. The dish washer was broken then there were wet towels in both bathrooms and bugs in every window seal, I can definitely say I will never be going through this company or apartment complex ever again!”airbnb

“After my stay, I would have to be honest and say I’m a little unimpressed. The apartment is nice and spacious, but between no working WiFi our entire visit, poor solutions, dishes already being in the dishwasher when we arrived, stains on dishware, and a noticeable smell on the sheets, I can’t say that I got what I paid for. Communicating with Sonia is fine, but there’s no real problem solving on her end… Location leaves something to be desired.”airbnb
