“We needed a last-minute place to stay, and this home was incredibly spacious with plenty of room for everyone. While we encountered a few cleanliness issues upon arrival, the host was highly responsive and made things right immediately. Appreciate the quick communication and the great amount of space!”

“This home was relatively new but clearly not very well maintained. I would not use the term "Luxury" to describe this home. Being relatively new was a plus since appliances were relatively new except dishwasher was not functional and not repaired when reported. Only one TV and that was in the family room area. Non in bedrooms. In general it was a decent rental but with condition and issues I believe it was over priced.”

“As someone who grew up in the bay this place was perfect for a small vacation! It’s in a perfect location (in between SJ and SF) and not in a busy setting neighborhood. We appreciated how quickly the host responded to our concerns and everything was easy to navigate through.”

“This was the worst vacation rental experience we’ve ever had. The owner was notified of multiple issues, but none of them were properly resolved during our stay. The biggest problem was that the air conditioning did not work at all. The house felt like an oven, and it was so uncomfortable that we had to leave during the day and find other places to spend our time just to stay cool. Basic supplies were also lacking. We ran out of toilet paper and didn’t receive more until the night before checkout, so we had to buy our own. There was no laundry detergent provided, forcing us to take our laundry to a laundromat. We also had to purchase our own trash bags because none were available. In addition, the light and ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work for the entire stay, making the room even more uncomfortable. For the amount we paid, we expected a clean, functional, and properly maintained property. Instead, we spent time and money dealing with issues that should have been addr”

“The upstairs master bathroom wouldn’t run any hot water at all and the host hadn’t advised others that they wouldn’t be there so we had a surprise visitor looking for the owner but was nice and left as soon as they realized the situation. When trying to contact to host to compromise for an earlier check in time there was no response except for 1 message stating the already listed check in time :/ was great for a 1 night stay, just some minor bumps”
