The cabin itself is great, perfect for a girls weekend. We did have a lot of issues getting in, code wasn’t sent then when I called we were given the wrong code, once the responded on the Airbnb chat we were able to get in. However, half the power in the downstairs was off and the breaker box was locked so we had to call again and have someone sent out to unlock it. They told us it was due to the last person plugging in the space heater however the entire weekend it continued to trip and we had to reset the breaker probably 5 times. The cabin itself is in a great location and had everything you need but the property management company needs to step it up.

We really enjoyed the convenient location, especially being so close to the lake. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home does feel a bit older, and we noticed that the sound insulation isn’t very strong, so some noise (like footsteps) can be heard. The lighting was also a little on the dim side for our preference.

Great location 8 minutes to downtown.Its very clean easy access to the lake.Safeway and CVS just around the corner.Equipped with kitchen utensils except condiments.Overall our stay is memorable. 3 bedrooms downstairs upstairs is the kitchen and living room .since it’s a old building you can hear every footsteps from upstairs. It was advertised as free parking in the premises but during check in we just provided 2 parking permits messaged the host that we have 3 cars they suggested that the other car can park in the casino area and security guard is on it checking every car if there a permit and the parlor is empty that I don’t understand 2 permits for 10 people.Anyway park with your own risk.

So split this in two this is more about the Management company Avari then the house per say. Tried to check in at 11pm and door code didn’t work, host didn’t respond through Airbnb and number provided just goes to hold music for over an hour. Ended up having to book hotel for night and it wasn’t until next morning received note back in app with the actual working code. The recently took over Vacasa that was great and we had stayed at may time before, would be very cautious using Avari. I am now out the additional cost of the hotel for a night a wasn’t great start to a vacation. The house was as described, the only odd part is their is an older lady across the street with some mental issues and during day opens her window and just starts yelling random things.

The house itself is great,very unique. Plenty of room. The only downside is the management company. They take days to respond even in times when the power is out and they could help you with help turning the generator on. And they do respond days later it’s with a AI generated response.
