“This place was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well-appointed with premium appliances (now I have to buy a Viking range for our house). Great pools and beach access. A deli and several restaurants are within walking distance. It has convenient, private parking. The residents of other condos in the complex who we met were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable.”

“The home you wished you owned! A wonderful home in a gated development, well-appointed and clean. A great kitchen with all appliances and utensils you could want - extra shout-out to the luxury stove! Large living and dining areas, office space, and 4 roomy and comfortable bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. A short walk to the beach (2 minutes down the stairs, or 5 minutes taking the street/pavement) and some excellent restaurants a 10-15 minute walk away. So recommended.”

“> The house is certainly nice at first glance, but there are many things to be reviewed: > The cleanliness is not the best - there was hair and dust on the floor, the dishes were not very clean, and the fan grilles, both floor and ceiling (bathroom fans), were full of dust. > The house is very humid and you can smell it on the sheets. > The water pressure is very low, so it's not pleasant to shower or properly clean the kitchen sink. > The appliances are not very new, the dishwasher was missing salt and smelled bad after washing, the dryer was very slow. Also, communication with the host was present but not very flexible”
