“The unit is very well laid out and stocked. The kitchen had everything imaginable and the layout was great. There was a portable AC unit which helped the master bedroom, but it should be noted there was no central AC, and on hot days it was hot in the unit. Gina was great to bring over fans which helped. Great walkable location to all the great places in Solana Beach.”

The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed - beach chairs, a blanket, boogie boards, reusable grocery bags, ice packs, etc... The location was wonderful, and the home made a perfect base for our time in Solana Beach. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend it—five stars!”

“Gina’s place is our family’s new favorite vacation apartment in San Diego. Her place was clean and bright with ALL the amenities needed for the kitchen. Bedrooms were nicely separated with each its own bathroom. The location is wonderful- beautiful surroundings, short walk to gorgeous beach and access to a swimming pool. We also loved the proximity to Torre Pines and San Diego central. Gina was also very thoughtful and generous with supplies and information. There is a spiral staircase to the upstairs, but it was wide and easy to traverse. My family can’t wait to go back!”
