“The unit is very well laid out and stocked. The kitchen had everything imaginable and the layout was great. There was a portable AC unit which helped the master bedroom, but it should be noted there was no central AC, and on hot days it was hot in the unit. Gina was great to bring over fans which helped. Great walkable location to all the great places in Solana Beach.”

“We have been to San Diego many times, but this time was the best! Due to the location, and the ambiance of the condo, the experience was the best we've had in our seven visits to San Diego. I want to especially commend the beds, as they were the best. Wish I could have taken it home with me. We have a 7 year old and a 10 year old, so the twin beds were perfect for them. Thank you Gina! “We were so lucky to get a short visit to Gina's home. We want more! We have come to Del Mar almost every year for decades but have been slowly priced out--it's just become too exclusive and expensive and we just haven't been able to afford to keep this tradition going. We understand why it's pricey--it's incredible there and I'm sure so costly for owners to maintain their great properties. So finding this place just before my son went back to school was a last-minute treat. It is an ideal location, I underestimated how good the view would be, watching sunset from the balcony and right near the dog beach. It is exceptionally decorated, every convenience you would need is there. Loud, but very effective AC coolers. It's also just impeccably decorated--even the lighting is soothing and warm. If I could, I would book a week here every summer! Thank you for making this possible Gina!”

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Gina’s place. It was conveniently located near the beach and had all of the amenities we needed. Added bonus was having the highchair, pack n play and toys for the kids. The beds were very comfortable and the home was fully stocked with extra towels. Would definitely stay here again.”
