“Wonderful property, very comfortable, great location, walkable to beach, restaurants, shops. One of the showers did not work well, spa not working correctly but manager very responsive and issue resolved. Did not contact manager about shower head but suspect it would have been addressed. Well stocked kitchen, great backyard.”

“The house was large and comfortable with three of the double bedrooms opening onto the pool deck. The upstairs living area was also very spacious and comfortable for our multi-generational family group. Overall, the house feels dated with old appliances and bathrooms. The pool area was covered in leaves when we arrived, despite paying an extra fee for pool heating. The AvantStay team was highly responsive and came over the next day to attend to it, with a pool cleaner arriving w/in 48 hours. Similarly, a non-functional toilet was fixed quickly, including a f/u visit. While we had a good stay, the price is high for the quality of the home”
