“It is poorly managed. When we came to check in, the unit had not been cleaned. The host had no idea that the cleaners hadn’t showed up until I told them. They then told me the cleaners would come the next day but they never showed up. And there was no further communication about cleaning the unit. It’s filthy so I had to clean the kitchen, the bathrooms, take out the trash vacuum do all the laundry and change over all the beds myself.”

“We had a nice stay. The home was spacious and the layout across multiple floors made it easy for our family to spread out. The lake view was a highlight.”

“We loved the area and the house worked well for us and our dogs. There’s a TV shown on the listing but getting there we found out it only works if you have DVDs - just wish that was communicated to us prior to us getting there. We just had to get creative for other entertainment. Overall a good stay.”

“Beautiful area, great snow, and kids loved the piano! Disappointed in house- I echo many of the comments already made: surface level clean but needs a deep clean, no written instructions, nothing on how the wood burning stove worked, kitchen not well stocked (only table setting bowls were fruit bowls), no internet entire time (security certificate had expired 7 months prior), no cable, Netflix, Etc. but cozy space, comfy bed and daily plowing made transportation easy.”
