“Very poor service; the house didn't even have toilet paper or dish soap. There was a strong smell of dog and dirty stains in the living room. It doesn't look like the photos—it's an old house. No es como está en las fotos no hay petalo , sucio olor a perro”

“I’ve never stayed at an air bnb where I didn’t enjoy my time. Don’t get me wrong the location and the space they had was nice. This was the first time I’ve had an experience like this and I hate to leave a bad review. We went in at check in to shower and noticed the drain had dog fur clogging it so I cleaned it. The towel we grabbed from the bathroom was unwashed with black ash on it. I don’t know if they wash towels that look unused. We made dinner later and I pulled out a kitchen drawer and there was rat poop in them on dishes that were dirty with food and crumbs still on them. I was upset because we used a spatula I thought was clean but realized it was touching the poop in the back of the drawer. It ruined our experience completely and made me question the cleanliness of everything including furniture and pillows. We told the host and they tried to fix it by resending their team to clean but I just left a night early. There was no sponges to wash them and we had to use body towels”

“Place was lovely and quaint. Peaceful surroundings. Furnishings comfortable enough for family of 5. Only negative was dishwasher top drawer broken (since maybe March- per previous review). Gas grill needs new burners - stayed full flames lit for 10mins after turning off. Not safe in this region. And lastly 2 fire alarms were missing/no batteries, but they came and repaired one right away.”

“The house was very beautiful, a nice location and plenty of space. However, there was a big ant problem in the kitchen. Also, lots of spiders in all bathtubs and a very large spider climbing on the surface of the indoor fireplace. There was also a very large scorpion alive in the garage on the floor. We let Vacasa know of these things upon checkout so hopefully they will take care of these insects and bugs for the next guests.”
