“We stayed here during car week 2026 and booked kind of late and were lucky to find this place. It was a great location to attend all the events during car week. Having brought our own car I appreciated the parking spot which was off the street. View is incredible of the Monterey Peninsula. The bathroom is very nice with a remodeled shower. The only complaint we had was there was no furniture on the patio to sit on and enjoy the views. The bed is on the firm side and has a strange plastic mattress cover that was noisy. The interior furniture could use an update but we weren’t in the room all that much so that was not a deal breaker.”

“Unfortunately this stay was not worth it. We experienced several bad occurrences to include but not limited to: confrontational neighbor regarding parking, host pushing for insurance people to come in during our stay (we eventually gave in as it was framed that we would fault the unit into non-compliance), a different loud neighbor moving their stuff around until very late at night that we could hear through the walls, overflowing trash bins, and messy unit that had stains and dirt upon arrival. We also had those same neighbors confront us on snitching on them. We left this stay before our time because of how uncomfortable we were. This stay is now our reason we would never trust air bnb again.”

“Great stay! The property was clean, in an excellent location, and very easy to access. We had a minor issue during our stay, but the manager was extremely responsive and sent someone right away to resolve it. We truly appreciated the prompt service and would definitely stay again!”

“The apt. is really great for 1 or 2 persons, maybe with children. You'll find all you need to be independent. Supermarkets are 5min driving, 15min walking, same for the beach. Bus to Cannery Row is USD 2.00 and 30min. Everything was nice, tidy and clean. What amazed me: Hwy 1 is directly at the dunes, but once you're behind those, you'll have an empty, endless beach.”
