“Cons:We were expecting a fire in the fireplace, but to our surprise there was a sign saying no fires in wood stove. Beds were hard uncomfortable. No hairdryer? Why? Microwave is in the amenities list, there isn’t one. Blower working the bubbles in the hot tub, doesn’t work. Pros: great views, decent size home with a good size kitchen. Nice bathroom upstairs.”

“Nice location however house was dirty and definitely needs to be deep cleaned. Downstairs garage level smelled like rat urine. Kitchen was covered in ants all in cabinets and drawers and on countertops.”

“Hi, We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and peaceful setting and the home is situated so as to take advantage of the fabulous Sea Ranch ocean views and trails. We were disappointed to learn that the fireplace wasn’t working. This looks to have been a longer-term maintenance issue and not something that happened recently. The listing should be changed to reflect this. Also, the bbq was filthy and didn’t appear to have been cleaned since the last guest, or perhaps longer than that. We ended up not using it although it was a decision criteria for selecting this home. Lastly, several interior lights were not working. Seems a minor item for the maintenance crew to check before preparing the home for the next guest. This was especially noticeable in the kitchen area. The bathtub in the master bath is lacking a drain plug which rendered it unusable. Happy to answer any questions you may have. Thanks, Jim McAdam”

“The Blufftop retreat is a wonderful location and well maintained time capsule from 1975. Spectacular views. The rebooking and poor communication from the Casago transition from Vacasa was upsetting.”
