“The location was fantastic, just a couple of blocks to the ocean and a short walk to restaurants on the pier. The house was fairly spacious and we were able to squeeze 3 cars into the driveway. Overall, it was very enjoyable.”

“Location was amazing. Very well stocked kitchen and numerous spaces for the 6 of us to gather. Didn’t catch that the inside table only seats 4. Fortunately outside are spacious. Air conditioning worked great.”

“Overall I would recommend this home as it had everything we needed and even had towels and chairs for the beach. The home is big and roomy and has a lot of places to hang out in. Including a patio and pool table room. It’s also super close to the beach and the main Santa Barbara area. It is a bit of an older home which we didn’t mind. However the kitchen had food crumbs when we arrived. And the outside patio was stained (which we let them know) and had a lot of spiderwebs. It was also a bit dusty when we used the fire pit and the upstairs balcony was also a bit dusty. The living room furniture was also a bit dusty and had some stains. Overall we had a nice stay and the home felt very comfortable aside from a few of the above things I mentioned. The location was perfect and the privacy was great also!”
