“The place was nicely decorated, beds comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. A close drive into downtown Santa Barbara. We loved the relaxation and the sound of the waves. Saw seals and dolphins. Our only wish was for a staircase to take you to the beach since there are a lot of rocks to cross and this is hard for the elderly and young kids. But overall we loved the place and would stay again.”

“The house is tight for a group and the space is quite loud. My mother-in-law woke up early the first morning and woke everyone up by making coffee. After that, we agreed to go to bed and wake up at the same time. The walls seem thin. As another reviewer wrote, all the rooms need better pillows. I forgot my Kindle at the house and the rental company charged me $71.00 to ship it back. Yard is beautiful and the location is great.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was perfect for our group of 7 and 1 dog. The place was very spacious, clean, well stocked, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a few dinners at home. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms stocked with enough essentials. We really enjoyed the fans in each room to use during the day, and then opening the windows at night for cool air. Very private location near hiking trails and a park while also being a short drive into town. Hosts were very responsive and flexible when we requested early check-in.”
